We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that you may sometimes have some doubts. To make a return, refund or exchange, you must follow the instructions below.

2.1 You have the right to cancel your order and return the products within 5 days after reception of of the products, without giving any reason. Your right of withdrawal begins from the time you, or your designated recipient, receives your order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products.
2.2 If you are unable to return the goods before the 7 calendar days period expires upon receipt of the goods, you must notify us of your intention to cancel within the 7-day period. To do so, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the products you wish to return and your order number.

You will have to pay the return postage. We recommend that you use a tracking mail system and retain proof of delivery. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of those charges from any refunds we send to you. Your package is your responsibility until it arrives. We cannot take care of goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
2.3 You must return the products to us in their original condition within 7 days of the date you informed us that you wish to cancel your order.
2.4 Any returned product must be in its original state, with no marks or rubs evidencing its use or handling. If they are not, we may not be able to accept them.
2.5 If its provided that the products you send us are in their original condition, we will refund your purchase within 7 days of receipt of your package .
If the item arrives undamaged, it will be returned the same amount payed deducting the amount of postage.
2.6 If it arrives broken: Although the packaging used is quite strong, it is possible that the transport agency will spoil the item in its handling. If this has happened, perform the following steps:
1. Take photographs of the unopened packaging (if you have noticed any damage in the box that indicates a blow).
2. Take photographs of the damaged part.
3. Take pictures of the box label and the shipping agency's delivery note.

If you wish to change an item, if its provided it is not customised , please inform us within 7 days of receiving your package by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us your order number, which item (s) you would like to exchange and which alternative item (s) you have selected. Also, check if you need to make an additional payment (if the new item has a higher cost). You will also have to pay the return postage.

When we have received your package, if the item is in its original condition, we will ship your new products. We must receive full payment before shipping the new products.
4.1 Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you placed your order

5.1 The Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made with Jacobstraps. No agreement can be created without your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 5.5.1 Outside Spain (peninsula) you may have to pay import duties or other taxes, fees or charges levied by customs or other authorities in the receiving country.
